The Digital Growth Senior Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of digital campaigns, ensuring the message reaches the right audience through various digital channels.ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (Search, Social, Display, and Email)Build, test, and deploy lead-nurture programs and transactional emails within Pardot / Salesforce Marketing CloudUtilize ZoomInfo and Salesforce CRM to identify high-intent accounts and fresh prospects, ensuring the Sales team has a steady stream of qualified pipelineDirect-buy and manage campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and major digital ad networks, optimizing for conversionTrack the full funnel. You’ll be responsible for reporting on campaign ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) using Salesforce dashboardsMaintain the integrity of data flowing between ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce to ensure seamless lead routingSkills3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Digital Marketing in a B2B SaaS or Multifamily environment3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically within Pardot aka Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (Trailhead certifications are a plus). Proficiency in tag, keyword and SEO best practices, optimization and management. Experience using Salesforce CRMProven track record of managing $40,000+ monthly budgets on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and programmatic display networksHigh proficiency in ZoomInfo (Marketing & SalesOS) for list building, intent monitoring, and database enrichmentYou don't just export data; you interpret it.
