They are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Experience Manager to lead digital customer experience initiatives and optimize conversion strategies across web platforms.ResponsibilitiesDesign, test, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across all digital touchpoints to maximize engagement & CVRLead the development and execution of a robust CRO program, including hypothesis generation, A/B and multivariate testing, personalization strategies, and data-driven iterationEstablish measurement frameworks & KPIs to evaluate digital experience performance and identify areas for improvementPartner with UX, analytics, & development teams to implement experience enhancements that balance user needs with business objectivesOversee the merchandising team to ensure product presentation, categorization, and navigation align with both customer needs and SEO best practicesDevelop data-informed merchandising strategies that drive discoverability, engagement, CVR, and AOVWork with development teams to optimize product page templates, category structures, and filtering/faceting to enhance both user experience and search engine crawlabilityOwn and execute comprehensive SEO and AEO strategies to maximize organic search visibility, traffic, and revenueConduct technical SEO audits and partner with web development teams to implement site architecture improvements, page speed optimization, structured data markup, and crawlability enhancementsDevelop and implement content strategies that align with search intent and capitalize on emerging AEO opportunities (featured snippets, AI overviews, voice search)Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities, inform content & influence merchandising prioritiesMonitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies proactively to maintain and improve organic performanceCollaborate with eCommerce & creative teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiativesTrack, analyze, and report on organic search & AI search performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunitiesBuild internal SEO and AEO capabilities by educating cross-functional teams on industry principles and requirementsPartner closely with development, merchandising and creative teams to translate strategy into creative briefs and technical requirements, ensuring proper collaboration, implementation and QACollaborate with analytics teams to establish tracking, reporting, and insight generationCommunicate strategy, performance, and recommendations to senior leadershipSkills5+ years of experience in digital experience, e-commerce, SEO, or digital product management roles with demonstrated impact on organic growth and conversionProven SEO/AEO expertise including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, link building, and understanding of search engine algorithmsStrong CRO background with experience managing testing programs and driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and revenueTechnical fluency with ability to work effectively with both developers and non-technical stakeholders, understand site architecture, and translate business requirements into technical specificationsTeam leadership experience with ability to coach, develop, and inspire direct reportsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.), and CRO platformsData-driven decision maker who can translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies; interest/ability in utilizing AI to transform & streamline reporting processesExcellent communicator capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to senior leadershipProject management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyBackground with Shopify Plus or similar e-commerce platformsExperience in DTC, retail, or consumer-facing e-commerce brands (beauty, fashion, CPG, retail preferred)Understanding of programmatic SEO and large-scale content generation strategiesKnowledge of international SEO and multi-market optimizationExperience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.comStrong Plus: experience with schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimizationCompany OverviewKombo Ventures operates as a hybrid between a talent management firm, an IP and brand incubation studio, and a digital agency.
