[Remote] Digital Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mondelēz International is seeking a Digital Designer to join their in-house content studio, JoyLab. The role involves creating and delivering high-volume digital content for various well-known snack brands, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines while supporting scalable creative production.ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce Digital Shelf and eCommerce content, including product detail page images, lifestyle visuals, comparison charts, and enhanced content modulesAdapt existing brand and campaign assets into channel-specific formats for online retail, paid social, digital bannersCreate motion graphics and short-form video assets to support product storytelling and engagementExecute high-volume asset versioning, resizing, and formatting across multiple brands and platformsStay adaptive with emerging creative technologies, including AI tools, to enhance both design workflows and concept ideationEnsure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, legal requirements, and retailer specificationsSupport asset preparation, organization, and upload into Mondelez DAM systems, ensuring proper tagging and file managementCollaborate with brand, Omni, and Digital Commerce (DigCom) teams to deliver against business prioritiesIncorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders efficiently and accuratelyMaintain strong attention to detail and consistency across all outputsSupport continuous improvement of templates, tools, and workflows to increase speed and efficiencySkills3–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital content production, or related fieldStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; After Effects and/or Premiere Pro a plus)Experience with CPG, Food & Bev, and Digital Shelf content preferredMotion design and video editing capabilitiesStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and ability to work within established brand systemsEffective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsGrowth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)BenefitsParticipation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company resultsHealth insuranceWellness and family support programsLife and disability insuranceRetirement savings plansPaid leave programsEducation related programsPaid holidays and vacation timeSome of these benefits have eligibility requirementsMany of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the companyCompany OverviewMondelēz International, Inc.
