[Remote] Digital Customer Success Specialist

The Digital Customer Success Specialist will ensure customers achieve intended outcomes and realize ongoing value from Batesville’s digital solutions by managing the digital customer lifecycle and driving product adoption and retention.ResponsibilitiesCreate value to customers by being the digital SME to increase product adoption across digital portfolio and drive consistent usageImplement digital customer success strategies that drive adoption, retention, and growth across all customer segmentsDeliver scalable education and enablement programs to maximize customer value, including digital training for all accountsOwn the digital customer lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion, ensuring scalable touchpoints that deliver consistent, personalized experiencesProactively advise internal and external stakeholders on digital best practices and success playbooks that encourage product adoption and advocacyCaptures and communicates Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to inform product, process, experience improvements and go-to-market positioningServes as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights, feedback, and recurring themesPartners closely with Field Account Executives, Inside Sales Teams, Service, and Operations to remove barriers to customer successProvide input to Training team to support the development of internal tools, resources, and processes that strengthen alignment and elevate the customer experience internally and externallyOther duties as requiredSkillsBachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university is strongly preferred5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or related customer-facing rolesStrong ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes without direct authorityDemonstrated experience managing complex customer relationshipsComfort partnering across Sales, Service, and MarketingData driven mindset with strong communication skillsBenefitsGenerous 401K Matching ProgramOpportunities for development and advancementWe promote learning and development from Day 1.
