Remote Digital Court Reporter - Entry Level - Contractor position

eScribers is looking for remote digital court reporters. This is a 1099 entry-level contract position.
We are a nationwide court reporting and transcription company that offers flexible scheduling, which will accommodate your day-to-day needs. Responsibilities
ā¢ Must have a quiet work location.
ā¢ Record remote hearings
ā¢ Verify spellings of participants, unusual terms, and places
ā¢ Must abide by the court reporter code of ethics.
ā¢ Must complete all digital paperwork and upload all audio promptly.
Requirements
ā¢ Be legally eligible to work in the United States
ā¢ High degree of professionalism
ā¢ Must be able to type accurately and have basic computer skills.
ā¢ Good communication skills
ā¢ Have a computer or laptop installed with Microsoft Windows 7 or higher.
ā¢ Have a high-speed internet connection.
ā¢ Have a current U.S. bank account to receive contract payments.
