We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer support team as a Digital Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via digital chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via digital chat platforms
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay informed on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a digital chat environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital chat platforms
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

The pay range for this role is:
28.10 - 33.10 USD per hour(Remote (Springfield, Missouri, US))
