[Remote] Digital Analytics Reporting Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Digital Analytics Reporting Analyst to join their Digital Analytics team. This role involves working within Adobe Analytics and Amplitude, gathering requirements, building and maintaining reports, and partnering closely with stakeholders to provide necessary insights.ResponsibilitiesHands-on work within Adobe Analytics and Amplitude: building, configuring, and maintaining reporting; supporting net-new tracking and functionality as the team transitions onto the new platformsStakeholder partnership & requirements gathering: working with ecomm-side stakeholders and prospect-side marketing stakeholders to understand needs, help shape requirements, and oversee that reporting is delivered correctlyAd hoc analytics & acquisition support: responding to leadership-driven acquisition requests and one-off marketing analytics asks on the prospect sideCross-functional collaboration & platform evolution: contributing to the team's learning curve on Amplitude post-migration, partnering with the broader analytics team, and helping shape how reporting evolves under the new platform structureSkillsWeb analytics expertise: proven track record working directly inside an analytics platform (not just scripting around it), including building reports, configuring tracking, and supporting net-new functionalityAdobe Analytics or Google Analytics experience: hands-on experience required; Adobe strongly preferred given its complexity, but Google Analytics is acceptable as the conceptual foundation translatesStakeholder management & requirements gathering: ability to sit with business stakeholders, understand what they need from the platform, help shape/document those requirements, and translate them into reporting deliverablesReporting ownership: comfortable building and overseeing reporting end-to-end, including QA and ensuring stakeholders actually get what they needFast-moving, ad hoc environment comfort: particularly supporting acquisition/marketing teams where leadership-driven requests come in frequentlyStrong communicator: able to 'handhold' stakeholders through reporting needs without losing paceU.S.-based (onshore), remote-friendlyAmplitude experience: not expected (it's a 'rethink' tool and the team will learn together post-migration), but a clear plusMobile analytics familiarity: primary focus is web, but exposure to mobile analytics is valuable given roadmapAnalytics platform migration experience: particularly moving off a legacy stack into Adobe and/or AmplitudeE-commerce analytics exposure: given the upcoming shop platform go-liveProspect / acquisition marketing analytics background: understanding of top-of-funnel marketing measurementSenior-level judgment: ability to anticipate stakeholder needs, push back constructively, and ask the right questionsCompany OverviewInsight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
