Remote Diagnostic Audiologist - District of Columbia

Remote Full-time
About Auris Practice Solutions, LLC Founded in 2024, Auris Practice Solutions was created to address the growing audiology shortage and the challenges ENT practices face in maintaining effective audiology departments. By seamlessly integrating telehealth innovation with expert support, we provide a sustainable solution that empowers practices to deliver high-quality audiology care—without the limitations of traditional staffing models. But we’re not just solving today’s problem; we’re shaping the future of audiology. As the field evolves, so will we—continuously refining our approach, embracing emerging technology, and expanding access to expert-driven hearing care. Our commitment goes beyond filling gaps; we’re redefining what’s possible in diagnostic audiology, ensuring that practices and patients alike receive the care they deserve, now and in the years to come. About the Role We’re actively interviewing remote audiologists licensed in the District of Columbia to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexibility, purpose-driven work, and the chance to lead in an evolving field. Highlights: • Fully remote (work from anywhere) • Consistent weekly schedule available in a District of Columbia based clinic • Part-time available with potential to increase up to Full Time hours if desired • 1099 contract to start, with potential to evolve into full-time W-2 role with compensation range between $45-50/hr. You’ll work with in-clinic medical assistants to deliver comprehensive diagnostic audiology—combining hands-on support at the clinic with expert oversight by you. What You’ll Do As a MaestroAuD™ Diagnostic Audiologist, you’ll: • Remotely conduct air, bone, and speech audiometry, tympanometry, and OAEs • Collaborate in real-time with clinic-based medical assistants (MAs) • Ensure accurate test administration and patient support throughout each session • Interpret results and create clinical reports for ENT or private practice clinics • Provide next-step recommendations and communicate with the care team • Join professional development discussions to optimize our clinical model Qualifications We’re looking for audiologists who are: • Licensed in District of Columbia (DC) – other licenses a plus • Experienced in diagnostics (2+ years preferred) • Confident with remote platforms and tools (NOAH, MedRx, Zoom, EMRs, etc.) • Professional and personable communicators • Comfortable working independently in a tech-forward environment • Equipped with a quiet, reliable remote workspace Why Join Us? • Make a meaningful impact on access to hearing care • Be part of a growing, values-driven organization • Help shape a new care model from the ground up • Enjoy flexibility and autonomy in your schedule • Collaborate with a team that values your voice Apply Now If you're passionate about expanding access to high-quality audiologic care and are licensed in DC, we’d love to hear from you.
