This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth and commercial performance, managing the overall account strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the overall commercial strategy for the Macy’s account to drive retail and net sales growthDevelop and manage annual and seasonal account Joint Business Plans aligned with brand, category, and Sales objectivesEstablish forecasts for basic, promo and innovation in partnership with Sales Planning and Supply ChainEnsure inventory, forecasting, and replenishment plans are aligned with sales targets and retailer expectations. Monitor and address out of stocksNegotiate assortment, merchandising, promotional cadence, and in-store visibility to maximize brand impactPartner with Marketing to ensure strong execution of launches, events, GWPs, sets, and exclusives at Macy’sBe accountable for seasonal and annual targets including retail sales, net sales, promotions, co-op funding, GWPs, and special programsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Macy’s stakeholders at multiple levels, positioning Dolce & Gabbana Beauty as a strategic partnerMonitor competitive landscape and share insights and best practices to support broader Sell In strategySkillsBachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management within department store RetailerStrong understanding of department store dynamics, including merchandising, promotions, and seasonal planningAbility to independently influence and negotiate with key stakeholders at Macy'sProven ability to translate brand strategy into executable retail plansStrong financial and analytical skills, including experience managing forecasts, P&L drivers and budget managementExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills internal and externalHighly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organizationProven experience with Macy's is a plusCompany OverviewMilan, 1984: a plaque outside a small office shows the surnames Dolce&Gabbana, almost as if it were a professional studio.
