They are seeking DevOps Engineers to contribute to scalable and automated infrastructure environments for their core banking platform.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with development, QA, and product teams to support a smooth SDLC and release lifecycleDesign, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-level DevOps architectureImplement and manage development, testing, automation, and infrastructure processesBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines across environmentsConfigure, manage, and optimize Kubernetes-based environments using modern orchestration toolsDeploy and maintain Redis, Kafka, and MinIO systems with a focus on high availability and performanceAutomate operational processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and reliabilityDefine and improve DevOps workflows, deployment strategies, and release processesParticipate in incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysisMonitor system performance and implement observability best practicesDeploy and maintain security controls, perform vulnerability assessments, and mitigate identified risksCollaborate closely with development and operations teams to foster a strong DevOps culture across the organizationContinuously explore and adopt new technologies to improve system robustness and scalabilitySkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related technical fieldsAbility to understand technical documentation in English and prepare SDLC-related documentationWorking knowledge of modern DevOps tools, open-source technologies, and cloud ecosystemsHands-on experience with containerization technologies: Docker, KubernetesExperience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI or Azure DevOpsExperience with Rancher, OpenShift, or similar orchestration/cluster management tools is a strong plusFamiliarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)Proficiency in managing and scaling Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and MinIO in production environmentsAdvanced Linux/Unix systems knowledge and scripting (Bash, Python, or Go)Ability to review and validate software releases, pipelines, and infrastructure componentsExperience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)Understanding of security, vulnerability assessment, and best practices for cloud-native environmentsStrong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environmentCompany OverviewFimple is a fintech company that provides cloud-based core banking solutions through a platform with advanced technology.
