[Remote] DevOps Engineer

In this role, you will collaborate with teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across AWS and Azure environments, ensuring system reliability and scalability.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve a multi-cloud infrastructure that supports the companyโs accessibility solutionsImplement and manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure on AWS, with an awareness of cost optimization best practicesSupport Kubernetes clusters, including deploying applications and managing configurationsBuild, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using best practices to improve reliability and speed of software deliveryAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with tools such as Terraform and AnsibleCollaborate with development teams to ensure deployment and architectural best practicesImplement observability and monitoring solutions using tools like Datadog and CloudWatch to ensure system reliabilityApply GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD for deployment automationContribute to infrastructure and process documentation for consistency and knowledge sharingAssist with compliance efforts including security and frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2Participate in incident response and on-call rotations as requiredSkills3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), or related rolesProficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions)Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Docker)Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormationProficiency with Git-based workflows and GitOps tools (ArgoCD or FluxCD)Experience configuring and deploying Helm ChartsSkilled in Bash scripting; familiarity with Python and AWS Lambda is a plusKnowledge of observability tools such as Datadog and AWS CloudWatchStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesExperience working with Microsoft Azure cloud and AKSFamiliarity with FedRAMP compliance requirements or working within regulated environmentsExposure to AI/ML-driven solutions that enhance DevOps workflowsBenefitsCompetitive benefits packageBonus opportunitiesGenerous paid time offPaid holidaysA range of programs designed to support employee well-being and work-life balanceCompany OverviewLevel Access provides digital accessibility compliance solutions to address the ADA, WCAG, CVAA, AODA, Mandate 376, and Section 508.
