Core Responsibilities


Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms, delivering prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented communication.


Coordinate travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and special accommodations with accuracy and care.


Provide well-informed guidance on destinations, travel requirements, policies, and agency processes.


Proactively confirm itineraries, timelines, and expectations before departure.


Conduct post-travel follow-ups to gather feedback and reinforce long-term client relationships.


Address and resolve challenges with empathy, efficiency, and a client-first mindset.
