ā¢ Producing accurate and timely appraisal reports

ā¢ Collaborating with the team to meet service standards
Skills
ā¢ Strong skills in property data research, market analysis, and valuation methodology
ā¢ Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed appraisal reports
ā¢ Understanding of appraisal standards, compliance, and regulatory practices
ā¢ Effective communication and collaboration skills for engaging with clients and team members
ā¢ Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Proficiency in appraisal software and technology platforms
ā¢ State Appraiser Certification or License is required
ā¢ Previous experience in residential appraisal is preferred
