Remote Design Technologist for AI

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in UX design and technical prototyping to create dynamic, AI-powered prototypes that enhance personalized product experiences. By integrating user-centered design principles and real customer data, you will play a crucial role in validating AI-driven product concepts. This hands-on position requires collaboration with multiple teams including Product Design and Engineering to ensure prototypes are functional and aligned with firm-specific needs. You will help drive innovation by testing and refining experiences that deliver valuable insights for end-users.

Accountabilities
• Integrate Figma designs and real customer data into functional prototypes tailored to specific scenarios.
• Use scripting and AI tools to automate prototype assembly and create personalized variations.
• Build logic to simulate predictive insights and data flows in prototype environments.
• Create experimental prototypes showcasing personalized AI features for various user roles.
• Design tests with User Research to capture user interactions with AI-driven experiences.
• Develop internal tools to automate prototype generation and enhance experimentation cycles.
• Collaborate with Engineering to provide clear plans for scalable implementation of prototypes.
• Evaluate emerging frameworks and tools to improve prototype realism and performance.

Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a front-end engineer, creative technologist, or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience in building interactive prototypes using technologies like TypeScript or React.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with JSON data structures.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation techniques for design and data integration.
• Familiarity with Figma and design system concepts.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and generate dynamic UI states.
• Ability to translate design requirements into testable prototype flows.
