[Remote] Deployment Acceleration Consultant - Global SaaS

The Deployment Acceleration Consultant will take ownership of onboarding new customers and managing multi-country rollouts across enterprise clients, ensuring implementations are delivered accurately and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end onboarding for new enterprise clientsLead project kick-offs, aligning on timelines, deliverables and success metricsManage multiple global implementations simultaneouslyDrive country-level rollouts from data gathering through to go-liveConfigure and support platform setup based on client requirementsWork directly with international stakeholders to gather and validate dataFacilitate structured review sessions and secure formal approvalsResolve discrepancies between documentation, stakeholders, and system setupCollaborate with internal teams across Customer Success, Product, and EngineeringIdentify risks, blockers, and maintain delivery momentumContribute to improving delivery processes and frameworksSkills3–5+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project deliveryExperience working with enterprise clients across the UK or EMEAProven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreamsStrong client-facing skills and experience engaging senior stakeholdersExperience running structured onboarding or rollout programmesBackground in HR tech, workforce platforms, payroll, or SaaS (desirable)Highly organised with strong attention to detailProcess-driven with the ability to adapt when neededClear and confident communicatorComfortable operating in a fast-growth environmentStrong problem-solving mindsetHigh ownership and accountabilityCollaborative and team-orientedBenefitsCompetitive Base Salary.Paid Leave + Public Holidays.Private Medical Insurance.Group Life Assurance.Dental & Optical Cover.Enhanced Maternity Leave.Pension Contribution.Employee Assistance Programme.Birthday Day Off & more.Company OverviewWe're on a mission to change the world of tech recruitment, putting people and the planet before profit.
