This role involves managing external partnerships, optimizing call funnels, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads while enhancing internal call center efficiency.ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Onboarding: Proactively identify new external call or lead sourcing opportunities and manage the end-to-end onboarding of new sources, including MSAs, compliance vetting, call routing integrations, and internal reportingStrategic Partnership: Proactively manage and identify high-level strategic source partnerships, specifically exploring and securing opportunities in specialized sectors such as ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements) within employer groupsRelationship Management: Act as the primary lead for all 3rd-party publishers and affiliates, including managing external search agencies to drive search traffic and holding regular performance reviews with sources to optimize quality and conversionIndustry Presence: Represent RateQuote at industry conferences 3–4 times per year to scout new high-value partners and stay ahead of market trendsTraffic Orchestration: Manage the daily distribution of call volume across the RateQuote Direct (RQD) internal call center and the external marketplace to ensure optimal resource allocationCap & Volume Oversight: Monitor real-time traffic to ensure the right calls are routed to the appropriate destination, strictly hitting daily volume requirements and buyer capsDemand Alignment: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to balance supply with shifting demand, ensuring no lead is wasted and all buyer requirements are met dailyInternal Alignment: Work directly with the Director of Marketplace Growth to ensure seamless daily communication between the sourcing and selling of calls to the external marketplace buyersOptimization Loop: Establish and maintain a robust feedback loop with call buyers to utilize performance data for continuous optimization of call sourcing and lead diversificationInternal Reporting: Run weekly meetings on marketing and call sourcing progress, updating performance slides with detailed notes on marketplace trends and opportunitiesData Integrity: Match source data with internal data to review reports and maintain logins for all available source systemsSystem Troubleshooting: Identify and debug call routing issues within the Call Optimizer, collaborating with Engineering for complex technical fixesInvoicing & Accuracy: Coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely payments and that invoices accurately match internal reportsDispute Resolution: Identify gaps in billable amounts and negotiate differences with buyers or sources as neededForecasting: Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and CPC forecasts with the Finance teamRegulatory Oversight: Monitor the ecosystem to ensure compliance with TCPA, FCC, and carrier regulationsCMS/Medicare Management: Maintain active status with CMS/HPMS and manage the approval process for annual AEP/OEP Medicare creativesQuality Assurance: Strategize with sources to refine call quality based on the specific needs of the marketplace and RateQuote Direct (RQD)Skills5+ years in demand generation or marketplace operations, preferably in Insurance or FinTechExceptional presentation skills; comfortable running weekly executive-level meetingsProficiency in lead distribution software and telephony stacksHigh attention to detail regarding data reconciliation, logs, and forecastingWillingness to travel 3–4 times per year for industry eventsExperience in other insurance verticals (life - final expense - auto) is a bonusCompany OverviewRateQuote's proprietary GreatQuote™ matching algorithm makes comparing and buying car insurance fast and easy.
