They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through various digital marketing strategies and campaigns, focusing on attracting and engaging qualified prospects.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, Reddit, email, SEO, GEO, webinars, content syndication, retargeting, and other digital channelsOwn SEO and GEO strategy to improve Rev.io’s visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platformsCollaborate with Product Marketing on SEO and GEO strategy, keyword targeting, content priorities, landing page messaging, and conversion paths that drive site traffic and qualified leadsOwn digital campaign performance, including traffic, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, CAC, and ROIBuild and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture flows, and conversion pathsManage paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, Meta, or other relevant B2B channelsPartner with Product Marketing to turn product messaging into campaign themes, offers, landing pages, ads, nurture content, and audience-specific programsDevelop, manage, and continuously refresh nurture campaigns that keep current and past prospects engaged, educated, and interacting with the Rev.io brandCollaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure lead handoff, attribution, scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign reporting are working effectivelyAnalyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimizationSupport webinars, virtual events, content offers, and other demand generation programs from planning through follow-upCollaborate with the Event Marketing Manager on demand generation strategy, promotion, audience development, and follow-up for the annual Rev.io SummitTest and improve ad creative, subject lines, CTAs, landing page layouts, audience segments, and campaign messagingMaintain reporting dashboards and communicate campaign results to marketing and revenue leadershipHelp improve marketing operations processes across HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution, lifecycle stages, and campaign trackingSkills3–6 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations for B2B SaaSExperience managing SEO, GEO, paid media, email marketing, landing pages, and full-funnel campaignsStrong understanding of B2B lead generation, funnel metrics, campaign attribution, and pipeline reportingHands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, Meta, or similar platformsAbility to write or shape campaign copy, ad copy, email copy, nurture content, and landing page messagingStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionComfortable balancing strategy with hands-on executionStrong project management skills and attention to detailExperience marketing to MSPs, telecom, IT services, security, or SaaS audiences is a plusBenefitsExcellent medical, dental and vision coverage, with rates comparable to larger companiesCompany paid for life and disability insurance401k with generous company match and immediate vestingUnlimited PTOMonthly tech and fitness reimbursementsProfessional development allowanceCompany OverviewRev.io is a SaaS recurring revenue & customer management platform.
