[Remote] Delivery Consultant I - Virtual

The Delivery Consultant I role involves overseeing accounting reconciliations for clients, managing operations team outputs, and supporting colleague development through coaching.ResponsibilitiesManaging and overseeing the completion and delivery of accounting related services for Defined Contribution clients, particularly cash and investment reconciliationsProviding oversight of accounting work performed by operations teams in a virtual environmentMeeting regularly with operations managers in accounting deliveryPerforming all associated accounting tasks for select clients with contractual requirementsMonitoring client delivery metrics related to accounting services. Understand contractual service level requirementsLeveraging metrics to improve resultsConsulting internally and with clients as appropriate regarding accounting-related topics associated with plan design changes, acquisitions, mergers, and divestituresReviewing work prior to releasing it to the client team/client (as needed)Supporting client plan audits and reportingIdentifying training opportunities and implementing necessary action steps by working alongside performance team managersConducting root cause analysis to understand gaps in administration that could impact money flow.
