Remote Debt Collector - Mon to Fri Schedule
Seeking immediate Full-Time Experienced 1st Party Collection Representatives.
Must live within 100 miles of Lenexa, KS. Anything outside of this distance is NOT eligible for this position due to requirements. Any resumes received outside of this will automatically be rejected.
$14 per hour with opportunity to earn performance- based incentives
Training Schedule:
8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday for first 2 weeks.
9am-6pm CST Monday-Friday for 3rd week.
Work Schedule:
Must be able to work 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm CST Monday-Friday. Hours are decided by the Direct Supervisor.

The Call Center Representative is responsible for effectively negotiating the resolution of past due accounts on behalf of clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, and/or Sales
Proven ability and desire to help people
Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus
Engaging and enthusiastic personality
Confident, clear, and effective communication style
High School Diploma or GED is required
Background and Drug Test performed
