They are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Ops administrator/Deal Desk Associate to join their Revenue Operations team temporarily, ensuring every deal is accurate, compliant, and fully documented before completion.ResponsibilitiesReview quotes and purchase orders for accuracy and completenessEnsure alignment with internal policies and customer requirementsMonitor the shared Orders inbox on an hourly basisPrioritize requests based on urgency and ensure timely processingProactively retrieve time-sensitive purchase ordersCoordinate with Sales Representatives and customer Accounts Payable teamsIdentify missing information or inconsistencies in SalesforcePartner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues quicklyMaintain accurate and up-to-date deal records in SalesforceEnsure all finalized agreements are properly documentedSkillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle errorsComfortable working in Salesforce or similar CRM systemsQuick to learn new SaaS tools and workflowsAble to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in non-standard situationsConfident and respectful when following up with internal teams and external stakeholdersCapable of independently managing a high-volume workload in a remote environmentCompany OverviewSecurly is a student safety platform that designs for cyber compliance services.
