Job Summary:
As a Remote Data Specialist, you will play a vital role in our online market research department. You'll be interacting with our clients, conducting online data entry, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online tasks. This position requires professionalism, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Successful candidates will have backgrounds in customer service, administration, data entry, marketing/PR, or related fields.

Compensation:


Earn from $2.50 - $75.00+ per online survey.
Entry-level hourly pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour.


Responsibilities:

This is a fully remote position. You will need a PC/Mac that is 3-4 years old or newer. Work must be performed on a secure, private computer and internet connection – no public computers or networks are permitted. You are responsible for your own data usage. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via our online ticket system. You will receive online guidance on interacting with customers and will utilize pre-written templates for many communications. We are not currently seeking phone customer service agents.

Requirements:


Proficient computer skills (intermediate level or higher).
Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients.
A willingness to learn and a desire for professional growth within our company.
A strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively while working from home.
