They are seeking a Data & Reporting Engineer to support enterprise reporting, compliance, and operational analytics initiatives, focusing on developing reporting solutions and managing data integrations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BIDesign, document, and support data feeds, integrations, and end-to-end data flowsDevelop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets for reporting and analyticsUtilize Microsoft Graph API and other APIs to extract, transform, and report on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID dataPerform data validation, reconciliation, and feed monitoring to ensure reporting accuracyTroubleshoot data feed issues, reporting discrepancies, and production support incidentsCollaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver reporting solutions and continuous improvementsSkills5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or ReportingStrong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI (including DAX)Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365/Entra ID reportingExperience with Alteryx, ETL/ELT processes, and data integrationStrong understanding of data modeling, data lineage, reconciliation, and reporting governanceExperience troubleshooting data feeds and supporting production reporting environmentsHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree preferredCompany OverviewSSi People, located in Cranberry Township, PA, is an organization with over 25 years of staffing industry experience across various labor verticals in the United States, serving Fortune 1000 companies.
