[Remote] Data Quality Analyst

The Data Quality Analyst will focus on maintaining correct metadata, overseeing ad-review processes, and ensuring data accuracy to maximize value for clients.ResponsibilitiesOversee a Jira dashboard routing tickets to the correct departmentsMaintain client dashboards, which includes reviewing creative videos and creative namesRegular taxonomy grooming and mappingReview and correct data generated offshore and gather examples for training purposesAnalyze existing and new creative video assets to ensure audio/video quality of creativesTest and provide feedback on new data tools as they are developedDocument data quality processesIdentify root causes of data quality issues and propose systematic solutionsRecommend or build lightweight scripts, queries, or tools to automate quality checks and metrics trackingSkills1-3 years of professional experience in a role involving information organizationExperience using SQL queriesStrong command working in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters)Familiarity with Jira or comparable issue tracking softwarePassion for advertising, live sports, and TVStrong communication and collaboration skillsVersatility, i.e., the ability and willingness to wear multiple hats and switch gears frequentlyA self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, and who has the desire to be part of a fast-growing, exciting, and nimble start up companyExperience writing code or building small automationsExposure to taxonomy systemsExperience performing quality assurance tasks on production systemsBenefitsMid-stage equity and competitive salaryFlexible Time OffMedical, dental and vision coverage: EDO provides full coverage for individual medical plans and partial coverage for dependent or family plans.401(k) plan, FSA, HSACommuter BenefitsCompany OverviewEDO is a data, measurement, and analytics company.
