[Remote] Data Quality Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join their team. The role focuses on maintaining the accuracy and completeness of company and contact data, resolving data conflicts, and improving data processes while collaborating with offshore teams. The analyst will also be responsible for creating and tracking quality scorecards, leading QA testing, and partnering with various departments to enhance workflows.ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve company and contact data conflicts, duplicates, and exceptions across Dodge's master data ecosystemAnalyze data quality trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions or process improvementsExecute and maintain SOPs for entity creation, updates, merges, and conflict resolution workflowsPartner with offshore teams to coordinate task execution, provide guidance, and QA outputsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards tracking data quality KPIs and team performance metricsOwn and maintain data standards, classification rules, and taxonomy definitionsEvaluate automation outputs and flag gaps or anomalies requiring human reviewRespond to internal and client-facing inquiries regarding company and contact data accuracy, providing investigation findings and resolutionPartner with Engineering, Product, and Sourcing to execute CEM roadmap prioritiesSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience3+ years of experience in data operations, master data management, digital operations, or business transformationExperience with SQL and/or Python programmingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExperience following and contributing to SOPs, quality frameworks, or operational workflowsAbility to identify patterns in data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendationsExperience working in cross-functional or distributed team environments, including coordination with offshore or vendor teamsFamiliarity with data governance concepts and quality assurance practicesAbility to adapt to evolving processes and contribute to workflow improvementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of machine learning inputs, data enrichment techniques, and third-party data integrationsExperience with automation tools, data pipelines, and scalable product hierarchies or taxonomy frameworksData Visualization tools such as AWS Quicksight, PowerBI, TableauKnowledge of construction industry or content workflowsExperience with salesforceFamiliarity with cloud-based data environmentsFamiliarity with Jira/ConfluenceBenefitsMarket competitive salaryComprehensive benefitsFor applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonusBackground check is required after a conditional job offer is madeReasonable Accommodation Dodge Construction Network is committed to recruiting, hiring, and promoting people with disabilities.
