[Remote] Data Ops Supervisor

Radius Global Solutions LLC is seeking a Data Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for assisting data operations staff in performing their functions effectively and timely. The role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and implementing changes for client reports, as well as ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data operations processes.ResponsibilitiesComplete projects and perform data operation duties, problem solve, provide aid/answers and correct issues for the data operations team ensuring assigned work has been completed in a correct and timely mannerWork with data operations analysts and manager fielding questions and finding solutions for timely and accurate outcomes, ensuring that business needs are met with the teamExecute, monitor, and validate data operations quality assurance processesResponsible for performing processes and procedures pertaining to clients, including but not limited to:File Imports/ExportsFile TransfersRemittancesWork under the guidance of IT managers to implement solutions to enhance report reliability, resolve problems and fulfill service requestsCommunicate project status and escalate issues as neededCreate and maintain instructions and process documentationStay accountable for each process, logging and following through each procedure to ensure accuracyPrioritize projects and complete accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, with functional area and with Company policies and proceduresKeep regular attendance and timeliness which are required due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirementsMust adhere to all Company, Client and Consumer confidentiality and security policies and proceduresProvide proactive feedback to management concerning potential problems and recommendations for improvement. Recommend process improvements for efficiencies and best practicesPerform other duties as assignedThe Data Operations supervisor supports the Data Operations manager in monitoring, training, coaching, supporting, and scheduling the Data Operations teamSkillsHigh School/GEDOne or more years of related computer experience, working knowledge of FACS a plusAbility to use IT functions, such as, file transfer methods-FTP, secure websites, basic file layoutsAbility to analyze and develop solutions to system issues in relation to data operationsKnowledge and experience with FACS Ontario: Enable, Report Writer, Night Jobs, Logic Blocks and System set up and various other functions and processes in FACS Ontario or similar softwareProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, Infopath and text editorExcellent communication / interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers pleasant and professional manner. Work effectively in a team fostered and multi-tasked environmentAbility to use sound judgment and decision making skills.
