They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Migration Analyst to ensure a smooth and successful migration experience for customers moving from legacy platforms into their solution. The role involves managing data migrations, collaborating with teams for data accuracy, and providing customer support during transitions.ResponsibilitiesMap, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etcLead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into NikoHealth’s platformCollaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrityTroubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migrationProvide customer support and guidance during the transition processAssist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge basesSkills2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation at a SaaS or technology companyStrong proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or other ETL platformsExperience mapping and transforming data between complex systemsExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsFamiliarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, and relational databases a plusAbility to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience migrating customers from legacy or on-premise systems into SaaS environmentsExposure to data migration in healthcareCompany OverviewNikoHealth is a software for providing medical order intake & delivery, scheduling, inventory control, billing and reporting services.
