We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Home or Office Data Input Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in data entry and possesses strong computer skills. This is a crucial role in our company as accurate and timely data input is essential for our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update data in various systems accurately and efficiently
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
Communicate with team members to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data
Create and maintain reports on data input and analysis
Participate in team meetings to discuss data input processes and improvements
Assist in training new team members on data entry procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Adaptable to changes and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of rotor blades or related industries is a plus
