[Remote] Data Implementation Engineer

The Data Implementation Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining processes that implement client data from hospital systems into Meduit platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while collaborating with various internal teams.ResponsibilitiesImplement client data and support enhancements for existing client integrationsConfigure and maintain ETL processes across multiple structured and unstructured data sourcesBuild and support data transformation workflows using commercial ETL toolsDevelop and maintain logical and physical data models, including schemas and tablesEnsure ongoing data integrity across client implementations and internal systemsDocument, track, and resolve complex data implementation tasks using JiraCollaborate with internal teams including Operations, Workflow, Technical Support, and Account ManagementParticipate in client-facing project meetings to gather requirements and communicate project status, timelines, and updatesSupport implementation of Revenue Cycle data across applicable applications and platformsMentor team members on data implementation processes and best practicesSkillsBachelor's degree in Mathematics, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience3 to 5 years of experience performing ETL across complex data sets and relational databasesExperience working with MySQL, MSSQL, or other SQL-based platformsExperience with ETL tools such as Talend Data IntegrationStrong understanding of data transformation, mapping, and integration processesCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hireThe company does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this positionAs a condition of employment, a pre-employment background check will be conductedAt this time, we are unable to consider candidates residing in the state of New York for this positionExperience with Snowflake and AWS environmentsExperience with Revenue Cycle Management, EDI, X12, or patient accounting systemsKnowledge of claims and billing processes within healthcare environmentsFamiliarity with data warehouse concepts and scalable data architecturesBenefitsComprehensive paid trainingMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA and FSA available401(k) with company matchPaid
