Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Project Manager at EB in New Orleans, Louisiana. Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, following established processes and procedures
Review and verify data accuracy, making any necessary corrections or updates
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files of all data records
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with data
Manage data entry projects and timelines, ensuring timely completion and quality control
Continuously improve and optimize data entry processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure data is consistent and up to date
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
