About careerzynith
careerzynith is a leading innovator in the health‑care data ecosystem, delivering cutting‑edge real‑world evidence (RWE) solutions that empower pharmaceutical partners, clinicians, and policy makers to make smarter, data‑driven decisions. With a global footprint and a commitment to scientific rigor, careerzynith blends advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and deep domain expertise to transform raw health data into actionable insights. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes by turning everyday clinical information into powerful evidence that shapes the future of medicine.

Why This Role Matters
As an Information Researcher – Real‑World Evidence (RWE) you will be at the heart of careerzynith’s data‑science engine. You will design, execute, and interpret robust statistical analyses that answer critical business questions for our biopharma clients. Your work will directly influence drug development strategies, health‑economic assessments, and regulatory submissions, making a tangible impact on the health of millions of patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and normalize raw data sets from internal databases and external sources to create analysis‑ready patient cohorts.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Clinical Research, Epidemiology, and Data Engineering—to translate real‑world data (RWD) into meaningful RWE for pharmaceutical partners.
Perform advanced statistical analyses such as survival modeling, propensity score matching, hierarchical modeling, and Bayesian inference to uncover insights on treatment effectiveness, safety, and cost‑effectiveness.
Develop and maintain a centralized data lake, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
Generate high‑quality dashboards, visualizations, and written reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Spotfire for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Lead the design and execution of outcomes research studies, including protocol development, data extraction plans, and statistical analysis plans.
Conduct data quality assessments on new real‑world data sources, providing recommendations for data acquisition and integration.
Stay abreast of emerging methodologies in epidemiology, health economics, and machine learning, and proactively apply them to enhance careerzynith’s analytical capabilities.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and scientific excellence.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Epidemiology, or related field).
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience designing and executing reproducible statistical analyses in a health‑care or pharmaceutical setting.
Proficiency with statistical software (R, SAS, Stata, or Python) and a solid understanding of regression techniques, survival analysis, and longitudinal data methods.
Demonstrated experience handling large, multi‑source data sets, including claims data, electronic medical records (EMR), and disease registries.
Strong knowledge of data privacy and security standards, with experience managing protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA.
Hands‑on experience with at least one business intelligence or data‑visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Spotfire).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex statistical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) data models, disease ontologies (ICD‑9/10, SNOMED CT, Read Codes), and clinical terminology standards.
Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards for real‑world evidence generation (e.g., ISO 14155, FDA RWE guidance, EMA RWE framework).
Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big‑data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop).
Knowledge of machine‑learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and the ability to integrate them into traditional statistical workflows.
Experience leading cross‑functional projects that involve external biopharma partners, contract research organizations (CROs), and academic collaborators.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for data pipeline automation and reproducibility.

Skills & Competencies

Analytical Rigor: Ability to design statistically sound studies, select appropriate methodologies, and interpret results with scientific precision.
Technical Acumen: Mastery of data‑wrangling, statistical programming, and visualization tools to turn raw data into compelling narratives.
