Proficient typing skills; familiarity with touch typing systems is advantageous.
Competent in using word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office Word, Excel).
Acquainted with office machinery and computer hardware, including peripheral devices.
Basic knowledge of databases and data management principles.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, along with superior customer service skills.
