Key Responsibilities
Ā Accurately input data into the system while managing a consistent stream of images.
Ā Determine document types based on supplied materials.
Ā Review and verify data to meet or surpass established quality standards.
Ā Safeguard the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Ā Collaborate effectively with team members as necessary.
Ā Proactively suggest enhancements for job processes and workflows.
Ā Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner.
Ā Undertake additional office duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Ā Self-motivated with a robust work ethic.
Ā Proficient in multitasking and maintaining efficiency.
Ā Highly focused with the ability to remain on task.
Ā Exceptional attention to detail.
Ā Quick learner with the capacity to follow both simple and complex instructions.
Ā Capable of maintaining confidentiality for client data.
Ā Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Ā Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.
Ā Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required.
