Required Skills
Ā Typing Skills: Fast and precise typing speed (>40 WPM).
Ā Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language; bilingualism in English and Spanish is advantageous.
Ā Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ā Helpdesk Experience: Tier 1 helpdesk or triage experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ā Reliable Internet: Capacity to perform effectively in a remote setting with stable internet access.
