Key Responsibilities
Ā Precisely input data into our systems based on provided images
Ā Recognize and classify various document types
Ā Verify and review data entries to maintain accuracy and high quality
Ā Safeguard personal health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Ā Engage professionally with colleagues as necessary
Ā Propose enhancements for workflow processes
Ā Complete assigned tasks punctually and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
Required Skills
Ā Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work productively
Ā Self-motivated individual capable of maintaining focus and managing multiple assignments
Ā Quick to learn with the ability to adhere to instructions and adjust as required
Ā Capacity to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information
Ā Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Ā Typing proficiency of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
Qualifications
Ā Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
Ā Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ā Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage, but not mandatory

Compensation And Benefits
Ā Competitive pay of $12 per hour
Ā Part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred, minimum of 20 hours per week)
Ā Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
