Ā Provide support to various divisions by working designated shifts to fulfil team requirements.
Ā Work closely with team members and end users to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
Required Skills
Ā Typing Skills: Demonstrate fast and precise typing at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
Ā Tech Proficiency: Possess familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management.
Ā Communication: Exhibit strong proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued.
Ā Customer Service: Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role will be advantageous.
Ā Reliability: Maintain a strong internet connection and capacity to work remotely.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Entry-level experience in application administration or customer service is preferred.
