Work flexible shifts as per project requirements, with options including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST).
Required Skills
Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM).
Language Skills: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users.
Experience: Previous helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is a plus but not mandatory.
