Required Skills
Ā Proficient typing skills (minimum of 40 WPM) with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
Ā Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Ā Strong communication abilities, with a focus on clear and professional dialogue in English.
Ā Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly desirable.
Ā Previous experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is advantageous.
Qualifications
