Survey Completion:
Complete online surveys on behalf of research participants, ensuring all responses are captured accurately and follow specific guidelines provided by our clients.
Product and Service Reviews:
Review and categorize consumer feedback about various products and services. Your attention to detail will help ensure the quality and consistency of our data.
Email Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries through our online ticket response system. You'll communicate with clients and research participants via email, using best-practice templates and your own professional judgment to resolve issues.
Data Verification:
Cross-check information for accuracy and completeness, flagging any discrepancies or inconsistencies for review by senior team members.
Quality Assurance:
Adhere to strict quality standards and guidelines to ensure all data meets client specifications and industry best practices.
Communication and Collaboration:
