Collect and manage data proficiently, facilitating seamless project workflows and assisting in the entry of invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasts into project cost tracking systems.
Support change management processes through the review, processing, and structuring of information, communicating clearly and effectively across teams and departments to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Required Skills:
Relevant experience in data entry or data analysis, particularly with Salesforce platforms.
Familiarity with change management practices and tools is advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Willingness to attend onsite meetings at least once a week, contingent upon location.
Qualifications:
