This role offers a unique blend of repetitive precision work and dynamic problem‑solving, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both structure and variety.

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming legal documents—such as pleadings, motions, and notices—through careerzynith’s secure portal and verify completeness, formatting, and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
Accurately file documents into the appropriate electronic case management system, ensuring correct metadata tagging for future retrieval.
Communicate with internal e‑Fulfilment team members via chat, email, and virtual meetings to resolve discrepancies, clarify filing instructions, and share best practices.
Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑share workshops to stay current on evolving legal filing standards, software updates, and industry trends.
Investigate and document any filing errors or inconsistencies, escalating complex issues to senior team leads when necessary.
Assist in special projects, such as bulk data migration, system testing, and process‑improvement initiatives, as assigned by the e‑Fulfilment manager.
Maintain a high level of data security and confidentiality, adhering to careerzynith’s strict privacy policies and legal ethical standards.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional education in business, legal studies, or a related field is a plus.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating web‑based applications.
Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong written communication skills and a collaborative mindset; you must be comfortable working as part of a virtual team.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace suitable for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

Prior experience in data entry, document management, or legal support roles.
Familiarity with e‑filing platforms such as PACER, CM/ECF, or state court filing systems.
Experience with quality‑control tools, OCR software, or basic data‑validation scripts.
