Job Overview
The Remote Data Entry Specialist – e‑Fulfilment will work closely with careerzynith’s e‑Fulfilment and e‑Filing teams to review, correct, and file legal documents using proprietary online platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness while contributing to continuous‑improvement projects that enhance our workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Document Review & Filing: Examine incoming legal documents, verify completeness, and upload them to careerzynith’s secure filing system using internal tools and email channels.
Quality Assurance: Conduct meticulous checks for formatting, signatures, and required attachments to ensure each filing meets court and client standards.
Issue Resolution: Identify and investigate discrepancies, missing information, or system errors, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑share meetings to stay current on legal filing regulations, platform updates, and best practices.
Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and assist with special projects aimed at automating repetitive tasks, reducing turnaround time, and enhancing data integrity.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the e‑Fulfilment, e‑Filing, and client support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and shared success.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of processed files, issues encountered, and resolutions for audit and reporting purposes.


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (required).
Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute with minimal errors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
