As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Working closely with application teams to define, frame, and capture business needs
Developing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging this expertise to define and transform data within our Cornerstone big data platform
Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
Enabling big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions
Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
Powering customer story analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements:
Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, and build management and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects (minimum 3 years)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery approaches
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
