Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong clerical skills, and proficiency in various office software. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our databases and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Responsibilities
Β• Accurately input and update data into databases and systems.
Β• Conduct research for data collection to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Β• Utilize pivot tables and other office tools to organize and analyze data.
Β• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
Β• Assist in the development and maintenance of data entry processes.
Β• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Β• Provide support in generating reports as needed.

Experience
Β• Proficiency in data entry with a strong understanding of office systems.
Β• Familiarity with databases and experience in managing large volumes of information.
Β• Basic math skills for verifying data accuracy.
Β• Ability to type efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Β• Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
Β• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
