This position entails processing and analyzing inbound data, maintaining customer records, and providing accurate, timely support to our staff. Job Responsibilities:
Input, update, and manage incoming data accurately.
Collaborate with the team to establish data entry priorities and timeframes.
Verify, update and correct data where necessary, ensuring data integrity.
Support the team in data-related tasks, including the management of databases.
Assisting in formatting, organizing and saving confidential records securely.
Desired Qualifications:
Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good typing speed with superior accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
