Responsibilities
Ā Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into school databases and management systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with school policies.
Ā Data Verification: Review and verify data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Ā Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain electronic records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily retrievable.
Ā Reporting: Generate reports and summaries as required, supporting school administration in their data needs.
Ā Document Management: Assist in the management and digital filing of documents, ensuring proper categorization and secure storage.
Ā Data Cleaning: Regularly perform data cleaning tasks to remove duplicates, correct errors, and ensure data quality.
Ā Confidentiality: Handle sensitive student, staff, and school information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Ā Communication: Collaborate with school staff to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
Ā Other Duties: Perform additional tasks related to data management and administration as assigned by the school administration.
Qualifications
Ā Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
Ā Experience: Previous experience in data entry, data management, or a related administrative role is preferred.
Ā Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with data management software.
Ā Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision in data entry tasks.
Ā Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
Ā Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
