As a member of our IT Services team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, performing data entry tasks, and collaborating with various departments to drive success. Your duties will include:
Resolving technical issues and closing tickets/work orders
Answering customer care issues raised from the Helpdesk
Contributing to desktop projects (global installs/upgrades) as a project team member
Remotely diagnosing and resolving requests using remote tools
Investigating and collaborating with different departments to assist with system-related issues
Recording customer interactions in incident management system, including asset management
Recovering data from hard disk drives or performing data migration
Supporting remote access for virtual private network connectivity as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations
Installing and configuring local and network-based printers
Performing preventive maintenance
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Firsthand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
Knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10
Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment
