Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency Post internal trade positions for addressed partners to offer, according to legally binding arrangements Prepare for conceding process upon bid end Create, send, and record advancement bid award letters and documents Maintain and track various records Stay up-to-date with, demand, recognize, and review stamps for Tech Activities staff Act as a support when and where required Maintain office supply stock and initiate department supply orders when necessary Work primarily Monday through Friday, and finish weekends and holidays as required Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent At least 1 year of experience in an office setting Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent work experience Knowledge of legally binding agreements and onboarding consistency process Excellent typing skills and attention to detail Strong work ethic and ability to work independently What We Offer: Competitive salary: $24-$34/hour Remote work opportunity Opportunity to work with a dynamic team Professional development and growth opportunities Take the Next Step Are you ready for this challenge?
