Remote Data Entry Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:

Ā Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks while meeting established deadlines.
Ā Collaborate with other departments to obtain and clarify information as necessary.
Ā Generate and maintain reports to track data integrity and entry metrics.
Ā Follow best practices for data entry and adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and security.
Ā Participate in training sessions to improve data management practices and software use.
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Ā Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with data management software.
Ā Excellent typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
Ā Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ā Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
