Key Responsibilities
Β Accurately input customer and account data from source documents within established deadlines.
Β Organize and prioritize information to prepare source data for seamless entry.
Β Identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Β Investigate and gather information for any incomplete documents as required.
Β Implement data program techniques and procedures to uphold data quality standards.
Β Generate reports, archive completed work in designated locations, and perform routine backup procedures.
Β Scan documents and print files when necessary.
Β Uphold confidentiality and strictly adhere to data protection protocols.
Required Skills
Β Proven experience in a data entry or office clerk role.
Β Proficiency in MS Office suite and other data management tools.
Β Familiarity with various administrative tasks and office equipment (e.g., scanners, fax machines).
Β Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Β Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
Β High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Β Capability to manage sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Qualifications
Β Prior experience in a data entry position or a similar capacity is preferred.
Β High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
