Key Responsibilities

Ā Identify and rectify any duplicate or incomplete information before processing
Ā Uphold data integrity by adhering to established best practices and procedures
Ā Accurately input medical billing data into our systems
Ā Conduct research to gather any missing information as required
Ā Confirm membership details such as join dates and participation levels
Ā Maintain error-free data and implement necessary updates
Ā Follow established workflows and contribute to the enhancement of new procedures
Ā Diagnose issues and escalate them to team leaders or supervisors as necessary
Ā Achieve daily productivity targets while sustaining high-quality standards
Required Skills
Ā Proficient in using a PC and various information systems/applications
Ā Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor
Ā Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data entry
Ā Exceptional organizational skills
Ā Willingness to work onsite for initial onboarding and training period of up to four weeks
Qualifications
Ā High School Diploma or equivalent
